As standard, an M64x4 measurement port with an internal thread is offered, available off the shelf, allowing the chimney to be quickly equipped with a ready connection point for probes. This type of measurement port for chimneys represents a compromise between price and resistance to operating conditions, proving effective both in new installations and during modernization of existing flue gas exhaust systems.

Zinc coating – anti-corrosion protection and durability in operation

The galvanized measurement port is manufactured from steel protected with a zinc coating, which improves corrosion resistance and extends the service life of the component when exposed to flue gases and variable atmospheric conditions. As a result, galvanized steel measurement ports are well suited for typical industrial chimneys where good durability is required while maintaining reasonable costs. The zinc coating protects the surface of the port against corrosion, while the solid internal thread allows repeated and secure mounting of measurement probes without the risk of damaging the thread seat. This solution is positioned between carbon steel and stainless steel versions, combining functionality with a favorable price-to-durability ratio.
